News and Upcoming School Events

Premier Martial Arts - Columbus has many upcoming events for our students and school families. Refer to this page to find out about upcoming tournaments, promotion testing, school functions and other school related information.

We will also be posting news bulletins or other pertinent information regarding the school, its students, its instructors, or the Master. The calendar will also list these items as well. Make sure you print out the school calendar each month for easy reference.

Karate Closed  9/6/10
We will be closed September 6th for Labor Day. Everyone have a safe and happy holiday!

Students Wear Full Uniforms!  9/7/10
Starting Tuesday, September 7th students must wear full uniform in class. This means students must wear karate top and belt with their pants. If you have any questions see the front desk.

Children's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar  9/11/10  (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM)
We will be holding a Children's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar on September 11th from 10:00 - 11:30am. Seminar is for ages 5-12. Cost is $20 per child. For more information and to sign up see the front desk.

Stripe Testing and BBE Sheets Due  9/14/10
Stripe Testing and BBE Sheets are due September 14th and 15th. The BBE Sheets need to be signed by both parent and teacher before turning in to your instructor.

Parents Night Out!  9/17/10  (7:30 PM - 11:30 PM)
Parents Night Out will be on Friday, September 17th from 7:30 - 11:30pm. Cost is $20 per child PLUS bring a friend for free!! Children need to be signed up and paid for by Thursday, September 16th. For more details see the front desk.

Master's Training Seminar  9/18/10  (9:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
Attention Black Belts! Master's Training Seminar will be on September 18th from 9:00 - 11:00am. Sign up at the front desk!
